Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the traditional festivals of Vietnam, recognized as “Children’s Day“. Every August of the lunar year, children from all over the country are looking for to this festival! From the beginning of the August – lunar month, on the street, we can see many lanterns, drums, masks, and dragon lion toys… all toys that children love.
Besides, Mid-Autumn Festival is also a reunion festival, a traditional culture of the Vietnamese people because it gives interesting origins and meanings. But perhaps not all of us know the mystical tale as well as the customs of the Mid-Autumn Festival, we just know that on this day, the moon is brightest, the fullest and everyone in the family sits gather around the moon tray, watch the moon and enjoy the food of this holiday!
To create a playground and experience a traditional Mid-Autumn Festival for students,
Shining Star Kindergarten organizes a series of events:
– On September 20th, 2020, send the gifts to the children of SOS orphanage village.
– On September 25th, 2020, “Mid Autumn Festival with love” festival with many folk activities at the school
– On September 29th, 2020, cooperated with the trade union of Hanoi Education Department to send gifts to preschool children with difficult circumstances and disabled schools in Hanoi city.
With the slogan “doing everything with love”, we wish all the children will enjoy a loving full moon day!
