Cooking is one of our favorite activities. Today, we have an opportunity to make banana crepe under guidance of the teachers. The materials are: 6 finger bananas, fairly ripe but not overripe, 30 grams granulate sugar, 3 eggs, 190 grams sweetened condensed milk, 125 grams butter, 100 grams all-purpose flour, a little bit of salt.
Firstly, we slice the bananas thinly but not too thin. Place all the banana slices into a plate. Secondly, in another bowl, we will whisk the eggs until smooth. Then we add condensed milk and butter and beat until well combined. We stir in the flour and salt until fully mixed. Finally, we pour the batter into the prepared pan and fry it until it turns to yellow. It looks so yummy. We enjoy eating afterwards. Let’s eat with us!
